Here are several photos of a custom duplex we just are finishing. Complete inside and outside new construction. 8 foot alder doors, custom log railings all beetle kill pine- tons of detail and depth. The oustide is about 48 feet tall- - ohh what fun to stain/paint the outside.
1.4 mill per side 4 bed/4.5 bath

No doubt, very nice work! What kind of stains and sealers did you use on that wood?

The outside is Cabots semi-trans oil. The fascia/soffitts are Diamond Vogel semi-trans Grain stain. The corner boards/ window/door trim is Cabots solid latex.

Interior is All old Masters penetrating stain/wiping stain. three coats of Old Masters satin H2O Poly.
