I did this mostly out of MDF as an experiment to see how it handles the season changes. The last one I did was PFJ and moves alot.

Loading up at ***** Lumber in Easton.



On the way back I got some photos of a building a car crashed into.:no:






My shop was currently holding the large entry doors we repaired and refinished (thread in the painting forum), so I did all the pre-assembly work in my driveway using the trailer to store all the materials.

Its impressive to see someone apply the self discipline it takes to constantly be efficient. A lot of people could piece that ceiling together over time and have it look it decent, but it takes a true pro to do what you did. Great job man!
