Hey guys! I'm starting a large project next week where all the interior walls are painted with a latex gloss and are coated with nicotine. I plan on wiping down the walls, and giving them a light sanding before applying some SW Duration Home Matte finish.
My question is. What is a good cleaner to use that will keep me from spending ages on the walls? I'd like to just get through quickly and wipe them down so I can get on to the sanding part. I'm currently not big enough to afford help so efficiency is a must for me.
I've used a number of different things to clean walls before, but I wanted to hear the consensus from this group. The pole sander is going to work me to death on 2000sq ft of wall space, not including trim that will be painted, so tell me how I can save some energy on cleaning the nicotine...TIA!
