Cleaning a Limestone Office Building

Hi Guys,
I’m a Sandblaster and came over here to this forum for help on a project that I believe should be done by Power washing instead of Sandblasting. Building management wants to clean the outside of the building that has years of weathering stains and the fact that a new building is being constructed next to it and they would like the older one to looks as nice as the new building. It is a large three story office building. The building is limestone and sandblasting would be too harsh and would profile the surface. What would be the best method to clean it and is there anyone in the New York City area that would be interested in in a joint venture?
Thanks
