AAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Somebody will fall for it too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
:furious:
They are selling it wrong- They should have listed it as "free experience"

It reminds me of a free ad I saw one time- Free cedar shakes. Still on roof. You haul.
Damn, they own a deli, couldn't they throw in a years free sandwiches or something?

This dive is a little hole in the wall run by two broads. How you would get famous refurbishing a dilapidated tenant space in the filthiest part of downtown at your own expense is beyond me.

pff haha. once i saw an ad, "free fire wood". turns out it was a house that burnt down. the wood? flooring joists, collar ties, a few rafters, etc etc. it gets even better. "you have to come cut them out"

It sounds like they want free DESIGN but they are going to pay the contractor to do the work.

Of course, that's who they are saving the free sandwiches for!
I wish it was legal to punch dumb fuqcks like this. I would make my rounds on fridays or carve out a period erry day to do just this. I think we could live much better lives, our blood pressure would be down and live happy lives knowing we could bust a brch in the mouth for being stupid..

Thank You! You said it!
This is another CRAZY Craigslist ad for an Interior Design job. They want you to know CAD, Math, Writing, Excel, and Quickbooks. They also want access to your Facebook, Myspace, LinkedIn profiles, etc. ALL FOR MINIMUM WAGE!!!!!

Successful and growing Interior Design firm with high end clientele is seeking another extraordinarily qualified and self-motivated entry level interior design assistant. You will have the unique experience of working one-on-one with a successful designer through each phase of the design process from client meetings through installation. Candidates will be expected to fulfill a variety of support roles for each designer, and will often be required to work independently in order to meet client/company deadlines. Organizational skills, accuracy, follow-up, a passion for excellence and diligence are key success variables. The successful candidates will have demonstrable fluency in CAD and/or Sketch-Up, computer aided and traditional interior design and graphic arts, math, writing, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel), and preferably Quickbooks 2007 or later. A history of academic excellence and written references are requirements. This position is full time and will require occasional evening and weekend work. A valid license and personal transportation are required. Your proficiency in Excel, especially your ability to modify the format and formulas contained in a spreadsheet, will be tested prior to an in-person interview being scheduled. If you don't like math, this is probably not the position for you. A thorough background, references and credit check will be conducted prior to employment. This is a salaried position equivalent to minimum wage initially, and is eligible for incentive compensation depending on individual and company performance. Employee benefits (including subsidization of health care) are currently offered after 1 year of continuous employment. Please send your resume, a letter of introduction and a sample of your portfolio to [email protected]. Individuals who do not provide the requested information will not be considered. Please note that any materials sent to this address will not be returned. Applicants are also asked to send us a link to their "public" profiles on the social and professional networking sites, including Facebook, MySpace and LinkedIn, if any. Thank you very much.

It is not even minimum wage. It is a salary based on minimum wage. Plus it says you will be working late and on some weekends. Which sounds to me like you will be working over 40 hours a week and still receiving the same compensation. Less than minimum wage.
