Here's the situation,
When you set the code on the alarm system at this house, the garage door opens. I've checked the wiring and have found no common wires between the two systems. What could cause this?

Ok, I'm not electrician but... is it a hard wired or wireless security system?

it's hard wired, but I've wondered if there may be a remote to the system.
