A checklist for what? Every job is different, so any list we would give you would either have too much (which wouldn't be so bad), or would be missing something (could be very bad).

I was looking for more of a template that I can change around for different jobs not necessarily one just the format so I could make my own.

Here's one I made in about 2 minutes.....but since this is something anyone could do in about 2 monutes, I think I'm still not understanding what you're looking for
