I have been searching for a concrete joint/crack sealant that I see alot of it being used in public areas. What I have seen, it is always grey in color and very soft and flexible when you poke it. Does anyone have any ideas as to what I'm talking about?

May also try Sonneborn NP-1, check your local block supplier to see what is available in your area.
depending on where you are you might try http://www.kenseal.com/ Ask about "Sikaflex" products.
