I have a new one for you guys after my turbo got fixed on my cat 247b my third flex coupler went on it. When this happens it looks like the hub spins on the shaft and also spins and melts the flex coupler so logic says the pump is locking up or something idk this machine will be brand new when I'm done . Has anyone else had this happen or do you have any input on this ?

My philosophy is.

IF IT HAS T*TS, TIRES or TRACKS its going to cost
a lot to keep them in good shape. :whistling

stuck check valve, after primary pump ??

not sure you have one on yours.
Had an issue like that on different machine.

I would try posting that question over at the heavy equipment forums. It could be a common problem that others are experiencing.
