I live in the uk and work as a carpenter, for a high end new build country home builder. This is mainly second fix and the occasional first fix. I'm only 19 but have most of the main tools, makita, even got one of the hypoid saw shipped from America. Just wondering tips and tricks? Do's and donts?

Don't think you know everything, you don't. Stay with the builder your with as long as possible, and pick his brain every chance you can. Both in the building aspect, and business.

Ask questions, there is no thing as a DUMB question! AND LISTEN! If not sure, ask them/who-ever to explain it to ya. We have a KID 18 years old, at work that knows EVERYTHING!!! He is looking for a new job, for the fact, no one will show him anything anymore!! We are tired of his piss poor work ethics!
