Estimation takeoff
Material submittals
Schedules (Office Project)
Submit RFI
Manage work in progress.
Project close out.
Project Manager/Estimator Requirements and Qualifications
Project Management Experience- Min 3 yrs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook)
Organized and detail-oriented
Excels in a high-paced work environment
Ability to multi-task effectively
Focused and supportive to management at all times
Adaptable and calm under pressure
Excellent communication both oral and written.
Proactive, problem solver.
