Are they wanting a card reader with or without a slot/swipe, or do they want a proximity reader where the card can be up to 9' away. For the former look at the 1500 series available with a swipe or with touch plate without swipe, for the latter look at the 1800 series.
Also is this gate to be used for both tenants and guests? If guests are going to be coming in how are they going to get in since they normally won't have a card.
