I'm coming upon my business's 10 year anniversary which is causing some reflection. I've spent most of those 10 years working and educating myself on the labor side of the business and I am realizing that to get paid well for my talent I need a business model that correctly supports it. I've read the E-Myth, small business for dummies and spent time on here. Can anyone suggest business education resources that have helped them build and refine their business? Also has anyone had any luck with a "round table" type support group for small business owners in this industry. NARI is in Chicago and I am wondering if it is worth the fee to join for it's resources or if there is another outlet someone would suggest? Thanks!
