Building a Block of Flats
Hi,
I've just signed up, I'm curious about something. Curiosity is as far as it goes, but any insight would be great.
Cost wise, how long, in your opinion, would it take to build a block of lets say, 10 flats, from start to finish (on empty land).
Also - same question - but time wise?
