Ok, same job as the 5/12 pitch problem.

The existing home had a single storey addition with a flat roof. The flat roof had a 4' cantileverd roof. Building is 20' long by 14'. The architect called for the 20' span to have a 2' cantilever, and the 14' to have a 1' cantilever. So, basically, a double cantilever. Here, the code allows for a 6 to 1 ratio for the cantilever.

So how did he (the architect) do it? Sorry, no pics, I have to start taking pics of some of this stuff.
