Hey everyone I am just getting started in a finish carpentry business. The question that I have is how much I should charge for the work. Can anyone help me in this matter???

I once did a job where the crown mold was $42 ft., cost. Let's use that for a reference.

Come on fella's, there ya go again, thease little guy's don't know any better, let's set them straight.

Charge a 1.00 a 12 foot stick, after the first job you'll fix it or you'll find another occupation.:cheesygri

There a book called Means Residential Repair and Remodeling cost data
They also have a book called Means Residential square footage cost data
Breaks down everything you can imagine.
Prices might be higher or slightly lower than where your at But its a good place to start.
