I have been a member for almost 2 years. The previous year it was nothing and just now I got contacted by a customer who found me there and I just signed a 50k kitchen remodeling job.

some credibility, and customer peace of mind ... not much else, it's like having a shiny badge on your shirt. (but for your business)

Yeah, that's why we fail at such high rates.

I've always looked at the bbb as a form of advertising...a very small part of the advertising pie...we've always done things equal to or better than what the bbb touts, but it does give some consumers piece of mind...and it's what, $400-500 a year?

And yeah, there are crooks who are bbb members...so what? Are you a crook?
