Forget about "getting quotes", go with someone you know and trust or someone you know has had a good experience with.
A tornado hit our area a few years ago, one of my customers from the storm had American Family and they had nothing but positive experiences. A number of the other large and small insurance companies did not perform so well; in fact I would go so far as to say some were out to screw their customers.
That experience taught me volumes. I dropped my (cheaper) insurance and took out a policy with Am Fam. Home and Business.
