I have a foundation leak comming through a crack in the wall. It is eight inches thick and six feet below grade. I will be rerouting the down spouts and piping them under ground. I have a good slope, so getting water away from the house will not be an issue. My first thought was to v-out the crack and fill it with UGL fast plug on the inside. Dig the outside up and clean the crack and seal with karnak ultra and some membrane. Water is no comming up from the floor hydraulicly. Anyone have any luck with Foundation Crack Repair Kits. Would like to here from some of the pro's.
