I am looking for ideas on how to frame this basement. Foundation walls 1, 2 & 3 are each 18" thicker than the remainder of the wall height. How can I frame while taking advantage of the additional 18" of each wall?

Thank you for the ideas... Would you frame the ledge like a soffit or?You could frame it as two separate walls(high and low half walls) and work in a nice ledge piece. Put some built ins on one wall and make a home theater space.
