Welcome to the AOLP

Thanks for your membership. I hope that you will be able to attend our conference in January 2010. We have many opportunities for involvement and we are always looking for people willing to share thier talents and abilities to help make the organization stronger.
Attendance varies year to year but I would say that on average we have 60 to 80 attendees. This year will be the first time in the last 5 years that we hold the conference somewhere other that Scottsdale, AZ. We hope that the San Antonio location will appeal to more members. One of the reasons for attending Conference is to spend time with people who are passionate about this profession. We focus much or our efforts on getting to know new members and developing a relationship with them. It is one of the events that I look forward to each year...not only to learn about what is new and different but to spend time with old friends and make new ones. Hope to see you in SA.
