Does anybody sponsor a little league team or has in the past or just has some opinions on the subject?

I have heard and read that it is relatively cheap, is a good cause and also gets your name on the back of a bunch of little kids running around advertising for you. Builds good will in the community and gets your name out there. What do you think it would cost you a season? Any ideas?

Most sponsorships of that sort are whatever you want to provide. Whether it's gatorade at the games, uniforms, bats, balls, etc.. I would look to see if they have programs - maybe you could cover the printing costs of those with the company information on it. "Printing Costs By - RMCHI address, phone, fax, email, slogan". Also you could look to see if they have advertising on the fence of the park - a 4'x8' billboard would be very nice. Usually they are looking for money for maintenance or improvements - donate some services to fix up their concession stand for advertising.

Besides the advertising it sure helps when clients walk into your office and see "2004 Little League Champions" picture on the wall. Shows that you're concerned and involved with their community.
