Hi gang, I'm with Phillips Contracting, Inc. in Florida. We mostly do REO repairs for Fannie/Freddie but still do general home repairs/remodels as well. I have a feeling I'll be spending most of my time reading all the great advice in the Marketing forum.

Thanks! Our office is in Venice, south of Sarasota, but we've been expanding to cover most of the west coast and creeping over to the east as well.
