Amazing Stuff

I came across this product about 6 months ago, it is an IRON COATING, it is actual iron, it comes preserved in a liquid, settles to the bottom of a 5 gallon bucket, it gets applied with rubber gloves or a trowel. It rusts with time or moisture, i put some on a concrete block, went back the next day with a grinder, and sparks where flying. It is a very unusual product that creates a real metal finish, this is a wood bracket that i coated. G

That's interesting looking stuff Gene. I do not have a use for it now but would like some info on how to get it.

BTW - congrats on becoming a mod.

Gene, does it apply and dry the same color we are seeing in your pictures?

Will it "rust" more over time?

It applies darker, and appears to rust more over time. When you apply it the bond is a bit weak, after it dries, i really locks down on the surface. G
