Anyone have any recommendations on a 4" belt sander? This will be mostly for shop work as I have a bosch inline for jobsite stuff.

Be nice if it also ran upside down.

Gratzi.

Porter cable. Hands down.
'Ll put a second on this. They are very good belt sanders. I must admit that I have not tried them since production was moves to Mexico, though.

The other one I would seriously consider is Makita.

The older ones were deffinatly way better but I can't get used to the feel of any others.
