Hi, I am a DIY'r thinking about purchasing Republic SPC vinyl plank flooring. Wondering if anyone has experience with it in terms of quality, durability, issues with installation? Any thoughts on this brand in general? This is the specific product I am thinking of purchasing...

I have OSB subfloor installed in my closet (8ft x 6ft). I'm laying down "Home Decorators" LVP and then installing quarter round around closet... If I'm supposed to keep about 1/4" of space between the planks and the wall and the quarter round does not actually get nailed into the floor/planks...
