Customers that I've done so much work for that they don't ask for a price on anything anymore. They just tell me what they want done then pay the invoice when I send it.

Well at least build a wood one over it. Tapcon down some purlins and build off that. Saves you from busting up the concrete, which is what I'm guessing is pushing you away from replacing this thing

I usually just buy eight foot boards and run em through the board stretcher. Makes them 16' or so, and straightens them out at the same time. It slices and dices.
