We are tying the new 6" block wall into the existing with 15m rebar every 16" and filling the first block solid, the rebar is 12" long...

That's what I was thinking when I first seen it super seal, the joints are too uneven to be saw cuts, the homeowner says it was poured and cut but also done before he moved in, Either way its cool.
