Nothing special, a 4 in 1 rasp/file is handy as is a regular old bastard cut mill file. Sometimes use a 7/32 chainsaw file for odd stuff.

Been using the grinder method off and on for years though....

I should also add that some of the Dewalt package deals include a circular saw with a stamped metal base. The higher end saws have a milled base. So check that out before you buy.

I've picked up a few 20v tools here lately. Mainly because no one around me stocks Bosch anymore when you get past drills and impact drivers.
