I spoke with the woman on the phone. It's nice one over the contract with her. And explain to her that I need more money to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances in added costs as well...

The lawyer stated that a judge would probably only award me markup and overhead costs on top of her material anyway. So he said it might not be that big of a contract breach
