I am an hourly employee so the incentive wasn't speed but acceptable work.. . So far there is about 40 hours and probably need 8 more hours to finish up on Monday. Plus at least 10 hours of help...

The layout is centered. It is one full section centered on the deck and two sections of equal size on the sides giving me the largest spacing possible in order to fit the caps over the rails.
