Didn't have to make jigs, have add ons for the guide rails that worked to position the rail properly every time.

I use a track saw with a GRS 16 on the rail and a TPG to set the distance. Pop the corners with a sharp wood chisel. Takes about 60 seconds to complete...

I use all waterborne products. For primer I'd use 65P Spray Fill.
