Checked it today it’s the paint coming off the drywall. The paper is fine. I removed the bubbles and re spackled the areas. So far when painting the walls I’m not having an issue.

Did a lot of sound proofing in mansions in the Hamptons. We would use Roxul safe and sound inside the walls. Then 1/2" plywood, then a rubber product we called LV-1. I can't find this product though...

Your a sole proprietor but you keep saying “we” don’t do this “we” don’t do that? There is no we in sole proprietor, it’s just you no one else. You may need to change the way your business is set up.
