I'd sure be curious to see what a blower door test would show on homes here in the PNW. The new homes I built in Alaska tested to around 1 ACH50. And I didn't tape the house wrap.

I don't get it either. I'm level 5 smooth wall on 95% of projects, and I probably pay more than you East Coast guys do for plaster, yet plaster is superior.

I think it was done in 2003. I'll probably remove all the siding from the windowless, not street facing side of the garage and use it. Then that side will have the nicest siding on the whole house!
