When do YOU sheet your walls?

I'll time these guys next week in new development around the corner from me. Sheet roof and walls one day off ladders. 2800 sq ft house. 3 smaller Spanish speaking fellers

omitting what used to be common place framing members that we installed instinctively.....

is now days referred to as "value engineering"......
