Thats exactly what I figured. I thought it was just me, but I can totally feel the difference after its dry - durabond just feels solid - I have plaster over concrete with lots of repair work...

Thanks all for the help. They still dont see it my way BUT tragedy has been solved. My electrician is going to fly in for a free trip and hook it all up properly. No cost to them, friend helping out...

I got serious issue with makita from 15 years ago, not willing to let it go...eventhough their brushless drill/impact set is $160 cheaper than hitachi's - im still refusing to budge lol

Try the fast cap hammer holster. Just got mine last week from their site and so far its great. The hammer slides into the sleeve on an angle (depending if you want it on your right side or left)....
