I did inspect the area soil was wet but it's also spring with alot of melting snow/rain . I dug down roughly 6inches crack continued down I recommended a SE which they have coming end of the month....

This is an attached garage and pictured is basically right at the corner near driveway, driveway was previously mudjacked due to sinking. Ya caulking was nice noticed as well , lol.
