I don't like that either. I'll check on my program tomorrow. I'm using 2019 QB Premier Contractors Edition. Always hated it but never gave it a second look.

Haven't tried it with flooring, but self-adhesive vinyl wall base is pretty much the same animal in that respect. I routinely use contact cement with that, and it sticks for about forever.
