Move away from glass. Try star blast, jet mag garnet. I find jet mag is a nice replacement to fine glass. Less dusty, Close on cost, and harder and still a green product.

I found jet mag and quockly fel in love with it. Its harde and has sharp edges. I use a lot of the (60 B2) works great on brick. Exclent on removeing thick coatings less dusty then glass!

Glass bead works great on stainless. Will leave a peened finish low dusting if any and easy clean- up.. plug holes with Gorilla Tape and or lightly presserize tank during blasting to keep clean.
