Tile Entrance Way

This was a small entrance way project. 

The old floor was stick down tiles that had replaced the original carpet that was on the floor. The subfloor was in bad shape from 20+ years of water damage as it is the only entrace to the house(We get a fair amount of snow up here)

Striped it down to the floor joists and stated new. Installed all new baseboard around the tile and replaced some of the original trim on the stairs that was damaged.

    Looks nice there man. Why the white grout on floor.

    Nice little entrance way only problem I see is that grout is gonna get dirty real fast.

    The HO wanted the contrast. I warned about it getting dirty but they insisted

    Also Its not a white as these pics look( i think the flash made the color look different)
