Small job but instead of using beadboard we went with Magic Deck's PVC Porch Ceiling Cover.  It has an wood grain finish giving it a very nice look.  Easy tongue & groove installation.  We actually only used 2 guys to install it, those other guys in the pictures were really just observing the installation, they are going to start selling it in North Florida.  The material cost was about half of most vinyl beadboard and looks better.   Comes in 4 other colors.
