The existing flashing job was a complete hack job, and directed water from the roof inwards. There was damage to the fascia and framing.

Demo'd stucco, repaired the damages, and installed T&G Cedar.

Built the custom covered gate at the same time according to photos the owner had of what he wanted. The temepered glass drained backwards into a custom made gutter next to the fascia.
