Looking to buy some diamond grit blades for cutting grout, plaster and similar materials. I see both Milwaukee and Diablo blades have pretty poor customer ratings. Does anyone have a favorite brand that's durable and cuts well?

I don't know about the diamond ones but I've been buying them on Amazon at about a buck a pc and they last from 1/2 as long to almost as long as the $13 a pc blades. I've gone from resisting to using the tool because the blades were so expensive to not caring what I use it for. They burn out I just change them. I can use a dozen blades before it's equivalent to one normal blade. Can't say much about the bimetal blades simply because I rarely use them. Usually the Japanese tooth style wood blade is my go to,.

I have yet to see someone cut grout with one that did not scratch ot chip the tile

If I have to cut plaster I use a dremel and a carbide bit
I have had great luck with the blades from Harbor Freight for most wood cutting but the Diablo slightly curved blade is my go to for nails and screws

Leo, I thought you said you didn't know about diamond grit blades. Now you do? Which ones of those do you use? Tell me more.
I know how to google stuff, I need personal experience feedback.

I'm just looking through Amazon to see if I could find that Fein blade cheaper. I found it for $338, if you want I can post that link LOL

If it were me I'd order that 5 pack for $13 and see what comes from it. I've never used a diamond bit on my oscillator, nor have I had to clean out grout. You can read the reviews and maybe they'll tell you something.

Just throwing out price options that are lower than $112

I quit using my Fien multitool because the starlock blades are stupid expensive. It's been sitting on the shelf for 3 or 4 years now.
We cut with dewalt omts but sand with Feins for corners and detail work.

I can get 100 pack of wood blades for 40$ now. We destroy them without reservation and I still save the equivalent an omt (about 200$) vs buying name brand blades.

Mike, we're talking diamond grit blades here.

So I had a bunch of old blades from a large purchase, branded Integra. They are quite good. Heavy layer of diamond grit, cut well and last long.
Can't find that brand anymore. I got another generic brand from Amazon today, they are junk. Trying to avoid endlessly buying different brands at random until I find decent ones.
