I am a deck builder and am very new to Composite decking (namely Trex). Only completed one so far.
According to Trex, butted joints should have a 1/8” gap.
I really don’t want to miter my picture frame corners if I have to leave that large (or larger) of a gap.
What is everyone’s experience with mitering Trex corners? Do I stick with butt joints only?
