There are many more besides these, but some examples:
If you want quality, but not the cheapest option, then Marvin, Kolbe, Andersen E series are the probably the best known and best regarded aluminum clad wood window options.
Questionable quality but popular with many builders and homeowners (and very unpopular with others), Pella, Sierra Pacific, Weathershield, Windsor
Avoid if you value your long term reputation, Jeld-Wen, Lincoln, pretty much anything (except Andersen) from a big box.
Avoid roll form aluminum (Pella, others), you want extruded aluminum (AW, Marvin, Kolbe, Windsor, others) on the exterior
Also many of the major (and minor) companies have other lines that aren't aluminum clad wood:
Marvin has Modern, Essential, Elevate, and Modern lines that are fiberglass.
Kolbe has Forgent which is a fiberglass/vinyl hybrid
Andersen has A series, which is primarily fiberglass with some Fibrex (wood chip/vinyl hybrid, very similar to Trex decking) in the mix, 400 series which is vinyl clad wood frame but the sash are not clad. 200 series is vinyl wrapped, and 100 series is Fibrex.
Pella offers three quality levels of vinyl window, bad, less bad, and not quite as bad. Also a fiberglass line called Impervia that that is popular in some areas (not personally a fan at all).
There are somewhere between 1200 and 1800 window companies in North America depending on the source.
