So I am the owner of a small handyman and pressure washing business and have been using services like Thumbtack and Porch etc but have had no luck with the pressure washing side of my business. I would really like to get that side of my company performing like my handyman side has but have only been able to secure a few projects.

Anyone have any information on a good way to generate leads specifically for power washing as most lead gen companies do not offer such a service just for pressure washing. I would like to stay away from Networx or angieslist if possible :) Thanks for the advice!!

Well around here every intersection, and I mean EVERY intersection, and about every third telephone pole within 25 mile radius has a yard sign that says:

"POWER WASHING 50% OFF"
Call 800-***-***x

Still looking for a way to generate leads? I'm part of a huge group of marketers that can help you out. Bet I can find someone in your area that can meet you in person. They then walk you through what they do, how they do it, etc.

I currently am doing their method with my HVAC business and have been generating a few leads a day since last week. May not sound like much, but I started last week and have been getting leads every day.

If interested, shoot me a PM with your name, number, and location and I'll pass it along.

I would target and try to prospect commercial properties. Small strips and shops to be exact. If you get in good with the property owner that could turn into a pretty good monthly contract.

I would offer free service for 1 week or something like that. What wouldn't business owner love coming to their shop/store with a nice clean entryway every single day?

I would also look at schools and educational facilities.

Just a couple of ideas...
