Just woundering if any of you have thoughts or opinions on the Graco E20 or E30 machine. I am looking at these 2 models for foaming my shop & home, and then using it as a side business. Advantages and dis-advantages, or is there a better model or manufacture for spraying walls & ceilings? What brand transfer pump do you recomend?

Check out the Gama Machines. I have researched them and if I had the money would go with them. Graco bought Gusmer and now Glasscraft so I fear they will be the only ones around and charge what they like...
Also check the stie betterfoammachine dot com, I haven't looked into it much, but it is atleast something to compair the E-20 against.
Between the E-20 and 30 I think the biggest difference to affect your decision is if you will be doing a comercial building with multiple stories. the E-30 will be capable of longer hoses and beter vertical delivery. Unless you do realy big jobs the extra volume of the E-30 may not be worth extra money.
I haven't used either yet but I have about 30 hours of research over the last couple of months...

The E-20 is more of an entry level rig. It costs less but also pumps less and has smaller heaters on it. It is basically for residential and small commercial insulation work. You may be able to do some roofing with it but it would probably push the machine past it's heating and pumping capacity.

The E-30 is basically the same thing as the E-30 except with bigger capacity pumps and bigger heaters. It is made for more volume and will perform well under big loads and bigger jobs.

I agree with Mayday, look up the Gama equipment. Gama is the new Gusmer which made some of the best proportioners out there. Graco bought Gusmer and Glascraft not to long ago. The Gama machines are made by the same people that owned Gusmer, hence the design and technology being similar to Gusmer's H-20/35 unit which was there "cream of the crop". Also i like Gama's new hose heat design.

We use Glascraft spray equipment and haven't had a problem with it yet. Hope this helps.
