For a verticle curve. Layered 3/4" plywood, easy. Make a pattern and trace a few copies. Glue n screw. 4 layers gives u a standard header without filler. 3" However I don't know what the load limit difference is between 4 layers of 3/4" and 2 layers of 2x if any. But if it's just a roof, you wouldn't have a problem.

outward curve, layered plywood as well, but u may have to cut slits in it to get it to bend without cracking, You will have to compensate with added layers if this is the case.
