I seem to have figured it out. I overestimated the complexity of this fairly simple machine. I thought it was more like a diesel truck engine with a fuel pump system as opposed to the air pressure just sucking the fuel up through the nozzle. I cleaned the spark plugs, blew out the injector nozzle, checked the fuel filter in the end just switching the switch to the high btu setting seemed to help. It still spits fuel out the front on false starts I just relocated it into the garage where it's not spewing out on the subfloor. I agree for sure the diesel is gelling in this extreme cold but I have no idea were to buy kerosene in bulk and filling a 50 liter tank with jugs from home depot at more than twice the price of diesel seems crazy. I also had a great conversation with their customer service who proceeded to tell me I should be using "off the road diesel" ??? #2 grade heating oil that gel's even more? What baffles me is that the smaller unit of the same brand has no issues at all. Anyways thanks for all the help, hope maybe this can help someone else.
