SCIP Structural Concrete Insulated Panel, Highland, Denver home

SCIP Structural Concrete Insulated Panel
The system has been around since the 60s. I wish I had seen it years ago.
This is the first SCIP home to be built in the city ofDenver.
The walls are R 40 and the flat sun deck is R 80.
The system is rated for 250 mile winds, 8.3 earthquakes; 2-4 hour fire rating and is extremely pest and mold resistant having no fuel or food present.
I have seen pictures of the system withstanding earthquakes, canyon fires and hurricanes. I have heard of and am trying to verify stories of houses that survived Andrews, Katrina,Ike,Haitiand ST Helens Volcano eruption ( the house was filled with mud).
The thermal mass saves 70% in heating and cooling.
I also installed the first Amasond Geothermal European Coaxial pipe system in theUS. The advantage and cost saving is the European Coaxial pipe design that requires 60 feet less drilling per loop.
To give an idea just how energy efficient the system is I turned the heat down to 55 on December 1st. After three weeks the interior temperature never dropped below 60 and was normally mid 60s.
